Jacob blanket order form

This page will eventually contain on online order form. Unfortunately, we're so busy weaving we haven't had time to finish the form. For now, please send an email message to sales@jacobsheep.com to order a Jacob blanket. Be sure to include:

1. Your name, mailing address, and phone number
2. Pattern of the blanket you'd like to buy (from the Patterns page)
3. How you'd like the edges finished (fringe or hem)

We will confirm your order via Email, and send a printed invoice when your blanket is ready. Upon receipt of payment, we will ship your blanket via UPS.
