Fleeces. Jacob fleeces are handspinners' delight. Imagine the possibilities of blending the
three colors into an infinite array of gray. Jacob fleeces average 4 to 6 pounds are vary
in the proportion of black and white. At Swallow Lane we breed for fine, even fleeces with
clear color distinction. We know you want quality, so our fleeces will never contain the
coarse, bristly or kempy wool that can sometimes appear in some Jacob stock. Fleece availability varies by season. Email us for more information.
Roving. We generally have roving (washed, carded, ready-to-spin fleece)
available in the three colors we use in our blankets (charcoal, gray, white). We an
assortment of the three colors in 8 oz balls for $16.
